This printer succeeded beyond my requirements. There is even an additional tray you can purchase which holds more paper. Overall experience is very good. Out of the box this printer is the best I have ever used. This product is great for all my school work needs.

I've not had the printer a long time yet. My last printer lasted 12 years. I replaced it with the Mfdw. I've never had a printer before this work without a hitch.

We were unable to find any drivers for m477ffdw product. Grab pages and go—without waiting around. Of course there is such multifunction printer in this price class that could do that we looked -- no dice so this model is about the best that there is.

There's always debate over laserjet vs inkjet. I had purposely avoided HP for years because of past problems; I gave them a shot and this is what I get. Go with this one. I plan to use this for all my needs and then some. Set up using wireless. Have not had it that long, but I have been impressed with it thus-far.
